A large, gas fired BBQ with utensils is available to our guests. We simply ask that you clean the BBQ after use so that it’s ready for others.
There is a laundry room with two coin-operated washing machines (£1 per 1 hour) and a tumble dryer (£1 for 30 mins) Drying racks are also available.
Stuck for some entertainment? We have a range of DVDs, books, indoor and outdoor games available in the laundry room for guests to use.

The Lakes is ideal for a cycling holiday, and if you bring your bike, store them safely in the shed. Just ask on your arrival.
There is a large fenced field for dog exercise and a wash area for muddy paws. For the safety of guests and wildlife, please supervise your dog at all times and clean up after them.
